Recently it was brought to our attention that some of the younger children here at GEC were in desperate need of beds. They had been sharing beds with older siblings and had no place of their own to lay their heads and get a restful night’s sleep.
Thanks to Pat Milford and the Northside Naples Kiwanis, a generous donation was made to purchase bunk beds and brand-new bedding for the kids.
GEC alumni Elver and Aaron were happy to pitch in and help go shopping for and assemble the beds for the little ones. They even painted one of the bunk beds the kids favorite color to match their room. Now everyone can sleep happy and dream big.
